All gala information should be sent to andrea[at]inaugurationevents.com and include:

- Press Release and professional website for event
- Any media and/or graphics
- Ticket and contact information

For Nightlife entertainment:
All nightlife information should be sent to andrea[at]inaugurationevents.com and include:

- Professional website for event
- Any media and/or graphics
- Ticket and contact information
- If celebrity hosts are featured at your event, you must include a press release from a legitimate 3rd party media/pr agency to have artist/celebrity host listed on this website. Trusted partners and venues of InaugurationEvents.com can bypass the need for a press release.

Turnaround time for event approval and posting is ususally 24 hours if submitted before 5PM ET.

Please Note: The last day to submit events to InaugurationEvents.com is Sunday, January 18 at 12 Noon ET. Event additions that are approved at that time will be added to InaugurationEvents.com by Monday at 5PM ET.
